The Switzerland international has refused to wholly commit his future to the Bavarian giants amid interest from Manchester United and Liverpool
Shaqiri exclusively told Goal last week that he would be open to a move to either Liverpool or Manchester United when the transfer window reopens, with the two clubs both believed to be interested in acquiring his signature.
And the Switzerland international, who has scored five goals in 15 Bundesliga appearances this term, has now refused to wholly commit to the Bavarian giants when asked about his future.
"Of course, if a major club were to make a move, you consider it, any player would do the same,” he told Sport1.
However, he maintains that his brother – who also works as his agent – was misquoted when he appeared to suggest Shaqiri is actively pursuing a new club.
"I never said that I want to leave Bayern Munich,” he added. "I am feeling very well here and I am not thinking about leaving.
"My brother just gave his opinion, although he was also slightly misquoted.
Shaqiri has a contract with Bayern until the summer of 2016.
