Roma have acquired Sao Paulo defender Rafael Toloi on loan for the remainder of the season, with an option to buy him in the summer for €5.5 million (£4.5m).
The former Brazil Under-20s star is the latest arrival at the Stadio Olimpico in January, following the likes of Radja Nainggolan and Michel Bastos, with the Giallorossi spending €500,000 (£410,000) to bring the 23-year-old on board temporarily.
Rudi Garcia's side have also clinched the permanent acquisition of Petar Golubovic for €1m (£820,000), potentially rising to €1.5m (£1.2m), from Beograd, with a contract signed under June 2018.
The 19-year-old has been sent out on loan to Novara Calcio, where he will stay until at least the end of the season.
Going out of the Stadio Olimpico doors, Marquinho has been loaned to Hellas Verona until the climax of 2013-14 after watching from the sidelines for the most part of the current campaign.
