The 40-year-old believes Anfield is the ideal home for the Uruguayan, while also expressing confidence ahead of his side's trip to top-of-the-table Arsenal on SaturdayBrendan Rodgers believes the size of Liverpool as a "global institution" makes it the perfect club for Luis Suarez.
The Uruguayan scored a hat-trick on Saturday as the Reds ran out 4-1 winners over West Brom, though his future at Anfield was the subject of mass speculation after declaring his desire to leave Merseyside this summer.

"For me, this is the place for Luis. I still maintain that even if we were in mid-table this would be the place for him to be because this is a massive club - a global institution," he told reporters.
"But as a football club and as a team we are growing - and he can grow with us. Luis has the support of everyone at the club and the love of everyone and because this is a worldwide institution, there is no better place for him to grow.
"When a player is happy and working well you get a performance like you did [against West Brom].
"He - like ourselves - wants to be at the very highest level he can be and you can see by his performances that he deserves to be looking at that level. It shows the level of him.
"But it also shows he has been excellent in his attitude, you see his work rate that is the key."
With Suarez in such form, Rodgers is in bullish mood ahead of his side’s trip to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, where they will face table-toppers Arsenal.
"I am really looking forward to Arsenal now. We played well there last season, surrendered a two goal lead, but we are a better team going there this year,” the 40-year-old added.
"We are getting better. We have got wins without playing as fluently as we can but today was probably as good as it has been over the course of a game. And we will get even better."
