The 31-year-old, who led the Ligue 1 scoring charts least term, has played down his chances of moving to England, though admitted "you never know" what can happen in football

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has ruled out a move to the Premier League and says he has a responsibility to remain with the Ligue 1 outfit.

The Sweden international moved to the French capital last summer for a reported fee of £18.5 million, and went on to top the division's scoring charts with 30 goals in 34 appearances.

His place in the side had been thrown into doubt following the arrival of Edinson Cavani, but the talismanic 31-year-old insists he is happy to remain at the Parc des Princes.

"To come to England? My time has passed," Ibrahimovic told BBC Sport.

"I am above 30, I have a good relationship with PSG, with the team. I feel that I can bring out all my qualities at PSG. I have a big responsibility also at PSG. So in my mind, no.

"But then you never know what happens in football. When I went to Barcelona, I was living my dream.

"In my head I was there for five years. In the end I was there for only one. So every time I plan my future, I change it. So better to take one day at a time."
