thumbnail Hello,

The Brazilian's representative has ruled out a switch to Brazil or the MLS, but has revealed there is interest from England and Serie A in the 31-year-old's services

Kaka is set for a move to Italy or the Premier League before the end of the transfer window, according to the Real Madrid player's agent.

The 31-year-old midfielder revealed his desire to quit the Santiago Bernabeu on Thursday, after a disappointing four years in the Spanish capital.

The Brazilian was a bit-part player under Manuel Pellegrini and Jose Mourinho, but had hoped to kickstart his career in Madrid under the man who transformed him into one of the best players in the world at AC Milan, Carlo Ancelotti.

However, Kaka is yet to make a first team appearance under the Italian this season, and his agent Diogo Kotscho believes a return to Italy or a switch to England is a very realistic possibility.

"It's hard to talk about a possible destiny now, but there are interests, including from Italy and England teams," he told Radio ESPN. "It's hard to say where he is going now. It's not a secret that Kaka wants to go back to Italy, but that depends in a lot of things.

"Brazilian football (transfers) is closed. So is MLS. He wants to live in the United States in the last years of his career and saw some possibilities, but not at this moment."

Kaka scored twice on Thursday night as Madrid beat Deportivo La Coruna 4-0 in a friendly to lift the Teresa Herrera trophy, while his current deal expires in June 2015.
