The Chile international's representative insists his client is not desperate to secure a move to San Siro and would be happy to remain with Serie A champions Juventus
The 25-year-old revealed last month that he was considering a switch to San Siro after a frustrating season with the Serie A champions, in which he made just 16 appearances.
Reports have emerged to suggest the Chile international is eager to move to Walter Mazzarri's side, but Vegheggi has denied the suggestions and made it clear his client could yet opt to stay in Turin.
“I should point out that he has never said he just wants to play for Inter as reported in the past days,” he revealed to Tuttomercatoweb.
“Isla just wants to be important for the team which he plays for, and wants to be considered for the value he has.
"Obviously, both Juventus and Inter reflect an excellent opportunity for my client, but we have no preferences or refusals regarding clubs.”
