Goal revealed on Wednesday that talks between the two clubs had begun over the £100 million transfer of the Wales international.
Now, following Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos, Kaka has become the latest player from Real Madrid's squad to praise the 24-year-old.
"He's a very, very good player," Kaka told Sky Sports News. "If he comes to Madrid he will be welcomed.
"He's an amazing player with lots of technical ability, skills and tricks. We will be very happy if he comes.”
