The 20-year-old says the striker will be missed if he decides to leave the Mestalla for Spurs and that he must now decide if he is to stay or depart for the Premier LeagueValencia midfielder Bernat says he wishes Roberto Soldado "the best" if he decided to leave the club to join Tottenham.
Goal understands Spurs are confident of sealing a deal for the striker with Soldado keen to push for a move to White Hart Lane.
Bernat, meanwhile, says Soldado will be missed at Valencia if he opts to move to the Premier League, but says he will go with his blessing.
"They are negotiating now. I wish him the best, he must decide. We know he has had very good seasons in Valencia, he has given us so much," he told reporters.
"If he stays we know he will help a lot because he scores many goals and that's good for the team; if he leaves I wish him the best."
Soldado scored 24 goals in La Liga last season as Valencia finished the season in fifth place.
