The Brazil attacker will be unveiled at Camp Nou on Monday evening, and his new team-mate believes he will flourish in La Liga and help improve the club's iconic ArgentineBarcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta is confident that Lionel Messi and Neymar will push each other to improve their game.
The Brazil international will undergo his medical at Barcelona on Monday before inking a five-year deal with the Blaugrana, and Iniesta has little doubt that the 21-year-old will succeed at his new club.
"Great players always understand each other. Leo will make Neymar a better player and Neymar will make Leo a better player," Iniesta said at a press conference.
"Football is a team sport and the sum of all parts is what makes the team win things.
"Neymar will add a lot to the team. He is an extraordinary talent and has spectacular skills. He still has plenty of room for improvement and has joined the right club."
Neymar had also attracted the interest of Real Madrid, but he snubbed an offer from los Blancos in favour of a move to Barca.
