However, Beard says that players such as Remy, Samba and Adel Taarabt will not be sold unless they reach a fair price, and added that the shareholders are all still committed to the club.
"We agreed that if we're relegated, we have to bounce straight back," Beard told reporters after a meeting with owner Tony Fernandes.
"To do this, we need the strongest squad possible and for that reason every player under contract must stay unless we get the right offer and Harry agrees to let them go.
"The commitment of the shareholders, including Amit Bhatia, is clear for all to see, and despite what has been a desperately disappointing season, the long-term future is very bright."
Following their 2-0 loss to fellow strugglers Stoke on Saturday, QPR sit 19th in the table, seven points adrift of Wigan in 18th, and 10 points clear of safety with four games remaining.
