The Brazilian could leave Loftus Road if Harry Redknapp's side are relegated from the Premier League, but has refuted talk of a move to Rossoneri due to his loyalty to InterQPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar has distanced himself from speculation linking him with a move to AC Milan at the end of the season.
The 33-year-old joined the west London club last summer from Rossoneri rivals Inter, but Goal.com exclusively revealed that Massimiliano Allegri was hoping to lure the shot-stopper back to San Siro with a two-year contract worth £1.8 million-a-year.

"Will I return to Milan? No," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.. "I’m learning a new language in London, the city is beautiful and my family is happy."
Having won Serie A, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League during seven highly successful seasons with Inter, Cesar says he is still very fond of Nerazzurri even if he departed the club on bad terms last year.
"I was certainly not treated well by Inter, but I’m still an Interista in my heart," he added.
The former Flamengo goalkeeper has made 23 appearances for QPR this season, securing five clean sheets.
