The former Rangers striker currently manages in Turkey at Kasimpasaspor and thinks the 27-year-old can play for any of Europe’s top clubs - including Sir Alex Ferguson's sideGalatasaray striker Burak Yilmaz, declaring him good enough to play for Manchester United.
The Turkey international is currently the top goal-scorer in the Super Lig with 16 goals in 21 games, and shares the same accolade with Cristiano Ronaldo in the Champions League having notched eight times.
And Arveladze has no doubts about Burak's ability to adapt to a top league should clubs come calling for him.
"None of the former clubs of Burak treated him patiently," Arveladze told Sabah. "Although Trabzonspor and Galatasaray trusted him and that helped him to improve.
"If he will sign for foreign clubs, he can be very successful. He could play at the same place where [Javier] Hernandez plays at, Manchester United. If I was at Ferguson's place, I would definitely sign him."
Burak stuttered early on in his career, failing to establish himself with both Besiktas and Fenerbahce before eventually joining Trabzonspor.
He subsequently repaid the club by helping them to a runners-up spot in the Super Lig in 2011, contributing 19 goals in the process.
The following season he amassed an astonishing 33 goals in 34 games in the Super Lig which earned him his big move to Galatasaray.
