The midfielder is nearing a move to the Scottish Premier League after terms were agreed between the two clubs and with the player now on his way to Glasgow
Tom Rogic will enter negotiations with Celtic after an undisclosed fee was agreed between the Scottish Premier League side and the Central Coast Mariners.
The 20-year-old's future has been the subject of much speculation with Premier League clubs Fulham, Queens Park Rangers and Reading also interested in his signature.
But having departed Australia last Thursday to join Celtic on trial for their mid-season training camp in Spain, it now appears Rogic is destined for a move to Glasgow.
"Central Coast Mariners FC wish to officially advise that terms have been agreed for the transfer of Tomas Rogic to Celtic FC," a club statement read.
"Rogic will now travel to Glasgow from Spain with 'The Bhoys', and will discuss personal terms with the Scottish giants over the coming days."
