The young attacker is continually linked with a move away from Heerenveen, and the Eredivisie champions are expected to make an improved bid in an attempt to compete with PSV
Heerenveen sporting director Johan Hansma has revealed that Ajax are preparing to make another offer for Luciano Narsingh, while adding that talks with PSV are ongoing. The Amsterdam giants saw a first bid for the Netherlands international turned down earlier this year, and appeared to have given up on signing the winger. However, they are now poised to make another attempt for the 21-year-old.
"Ajax's previous offer is still covered in dust, but they've informed me that they are still interested in signing him. They will soon table another offer," Hansma stated to De Telegraaf.
"We're also in talks with PSV. It doesn't really matter to us if we reach an agreement with Ajax or with PSV. If we agree terms with both clubs, it's up to Luciano to make a decision."
Narsingh's agent Mino Raiola added that Ajax have not contacted him ever since talks broke down previously, and added that PSV are sitting in pole position at the moment.
"Narsingh has a very good feeling about PSV. Ajax have not been in touch again since talks broke down. That's the situation right now."
The 21-year-old has a contract with Heerenveen until June 2013, and an offer in the region of €5 million could be enough to lure him away from his current club.
