The Brazil international, who signed a five-year deal with the French outfit 12 months ago, had been strongly linked with a move to Camp Nou
The Brazil international only joined the Ligue 1 outfit from AC Milan 12 months ago, but speculation had intensified in recent days that the centre-half was bound for the Blaugrana, with the French champions reported to have lined up Roma defender Marquinhos as a replacement.
However, Thiago Silva's representative has now attempted to bring an end to the rumours by stating that the 28-year-old is going nowhere.
"Thiago Silva is a Paris Saint-Germain player," the agent told PSG's official website. "He has a contract and is going to respect it.
"Rumours are circulating today, just as they were last summer, but Thiago Silva is a Paris Saint-Germain player and he will see out his contract with the club."
The Selecao star signed a five-year deal with PSG last summer, after the Qatari-owned outfit had paid Milan a reported €42 million (£36.3m) to bring him to the Parc des Princes.
