The dynamic Barcelona midfielder also declared that he hopes he can experience a similar feeling on Sunday night after their final showdown against Netherlands.
Barca team-mate Carles Puyol netted the only goal of an evenly matched semi-final with a powerful second half header to put Spain into the final of the World Cup for the first time in their history.
"Winning is the reward for wanting to play well. We will enjoy it now and hopefully also on Sunday," he was quoted as saying by AS.
"I hope this Sunday we have the same feeling or better. Hopefully we can fulfil the dream of being world champions."
