World Cup 2010: Spain goalkeeper Pepe Reina hails semi-final rivals Germany as 'most complete team at tournament'
Nevertheless, the Euro 2008 winner believes they can get through to final...
By Matt Monaghan
The two nations last met in the final of Euro 2008, when the 28-year-old was on the winning side. After the Germans' routs of England and Argentina this summer, they are expected to provide stiff opposition once again to Vicente del Bosque's men.
Speaking to reporters in the build-up to Wednesday's last four clash, Reina warned Spain cannot let their opponents take the lead.
"They are perhaps the most complete team at the World Cup, one that has been overhauled since the 2008 final with young and fresh faces," Reina noted.
"It's going to be tough as they are the strongest opponent right now but we believe in ourselves.
"Maybe we play the ball around more and they are more direct but I don't think we are very different," Reina added.
"We have to make sure they don't get a lead because they are a very difficult team."
