In a FIFA press conference on Friday, Germany coach Joachim Loew admitted he is wary of World Cup quarter-final opponents Argentina.
"Argentina have won all their games and have players with great potential in their team," Loew said.
"If you look at who is sitting on the bench, for example, a Diego Milito, who played a great season in Europe for Inter, it speaks of their quality."
Nonetheless, the Germany gaffer is confident of his team's chances of progressing to the semi-finals. He said the team would not "sit shivering in the cabin and hope for the referee's whistle. On the contrary, the team is highly motivated."
The highly anticipated clash between Germany and Argentina will kick off on Saturday at 3pm British time.
