World Cup 2010: Elano limps out of Brazil training, Felipe Melo has '40%' chance of facing the Netherlands
Julio Baptista also receiving treatment...
By Matt Monaghan
Elano, 29, picked up ankle damage after a heavy tackle in Brazil's 3-1 group stage victory against the Ivory Coast. He failed to feature in the subsequent draw against Portugal and second round victory against Chile.
GloboTV showed the midfielder forced off in a practice session and in heavy debate with doctor Jose Luiz Runco as his team-mates watched on.
Also absent were duo Julio Baptista and Felipe Melo, who stayed behind at the Selecao's hotel. Speaking to Sportv, Runco stated the latter had just a "40 per cent" chance of making the quarter-final clash with Holland on Friday as Dunga's injury problems mount up.
