Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes believes World Cup 2010 is the toughest tournament for Brazil to win in 20 years.

The tall shot-stopper has travelled with the Selecao as understudy to first choice Julio Cesar. Dunga's side are one of the hotly-tipped teams to lift the trophy in June, but will face a strong challenge from Argentina, England, Germany and favourites Spain.

Speaking to reporters, Gomes was taking none of the other squads lightly.

"There are many good teams," Gomes noted.

"England and Spain, German are always strong, Holland have a great squad. I think this is the toughest World Cup in the last 20 years. Many teams can win it and England have a chance.

"I think we have the most difficult group in the World Cup.

"Portugal have a strong squad and the Ivory Coast have the likes of Drogba, if he's fit, he's different class. It will be a big blow for Ivory Coast if Drogba doesn't make it.

"We need to start strongly against North Korea and if we get through the group we will have a good chance."
