Germany World Cup 2010 attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil is concentrating solely on the tournament, rather than transfer rumours linking him to Manchester City and Arsenal.

Ozil, 21, was in stunning form during the 4-0 victory against Australia, and is sure to play a key role for Joachim Loew's side at the competition. This performance has seen Inter, Real Madrid and Barcelona reported to have joined the Premier League duo in the chase for the Werder Bremen man's signature.

Despite the plaudits, when speaking to reporters Ozil insisted his focus remains on international football.

"I am under contract until 2011, but all that interests me now is the World Cup because as a team we have goals. That is all that matters," Ozil noted.

"Our dream is to win the title, that is why we are here."
