AC Milan's Alexandre Pato set to start for Brazil in Iran friendly - report

AC Milan starlet Alexandre Pato will lead Brazil's attack when the Selecao take on Iran in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, according to reports.

Globoesportes suggests that the 21-year-old will make his 10th against Iran and the former Internacional ace revealed that it was a pleasure to play for his country in their last two friendly run-outs.

"I am delighted to be with the Selecao, with this group. I am motivated and now it is just a case of working hard to stay there," the attacker affirmed.

And Pato added that he would show no discomfort from a recent muscle problem that had impeded him in recent games.

"I am at 100 per cent. I was able to play a little at the weekend with Milan and all the pains have passed. I am feeling very comfortable."

Probable Brazil Team (4-3-3): Victor; Daniel Alves, Thiago Silva, David Luiz, Andre Santos; Lucas, Ramires, Carlos Eduardo; Robinho, Alexandre Pato, Philippe Coutinho.
