The former Lyon defender has signed a three year contract with the Scottish Third Division club, subject to international clearance, and says he is happy to sign for them
The France Under-20 international, who was released by Lyon at the beginning of the summer, also had a trial at Leeds United, but impressed enough to secure a deal with the Old Firm giant.
He spoke of his admiration for the historic club, which he had heard of in his homeland, and attended Saturday's 5-1 victory over East Stirlingshire - praising the supporters.
"I am very happy to have signed for Rangers. It is a big club and I have good memories of the club in France," he told RangersTV.
"The training was good, the players are good and the training centre is great.
"I was in the stadium on Saturday with 50,000 fans and that was beautiful. For me it is incredible because I knew Rangers from my time in France.
"So for me it is very exciting to sign a contract here as a young player."
