The Special One has made clear his desire to return to management in England when his time in Spain is over - so is a reunion at Chelsea on the cards, or a new challenge?
Jose Mourinho set the Premier League aflutter on Saturday when he revealed that he intends to return to management in England when he eventually leaves Real Madrid.
The Portuguese won as many admirers as he did detractors during his three-season spell at Chelsea between 2004 and 2007, but enjoyed plenty of success.
Two Premier League titles, two League Cups and an FA Cup winner’s medal were an impressive enough haul but the Special One fancies even more.

Might the timing be right at Manchester United? When Sir Alex Ferguson finally retires, it would take a big personality to even start to live up to the legendary Scot’s legacy at Old Trafford. Would Mourinho be the right man to follow the great man?
Or maybe he could potentially replace Roberto Mancini at Manchester City? Having taken over from him at Inter once already and gone on to win the Champions League, the Portuguese would surely relish the opportunity to do so again with bags of cash available to buy his favourite players.
Perhaps it’s written in the stars for a reunion at Stamford Bridge, though. Mourinho and Roman Abramovich didn’t part on the best of terms but the fans still sing his name from time to time and enough water may have passed under the bridge.
Maybe even another club entirely – would Arsenal, Tottenham or Liverpool suit the Blancos boss? Or someone else besides?
So what's the best next move for one of the most divisive managers in the modern game? Should Mourinho take on the challenge of a second run at Chelsea or pick a new club with whom to test himself?
