Interest in Fulham's Belgian playmaker is rising as the transfer window approaches its conclusion, but which club should the midfielder head to?
Like a particularly energetic episode of Supermarket Sweep, the final week of the transfer window never fails to bring about a chaotic scramble for bargain purchases and, although some Premier League clubs may still splurge their entire budget over the next four days, there remains a Belgian bargain on the shelves.
Moussa Dembele has attracted interest from a host of clubs in the past 12 months thanks to a series of enlightening displays in the heart of the Fulham midfield.
Typified by his stellar display at Old Trafford on Saturday - not his first dominant midfield performance at the Theatre of Dreams - Dembele has suddenly become the talk of the transfer window, especially given his £15 million price-tag.
The favourites - exclusively revealed by Goal.com - are Tottenham, who are now strutting along Bill Nicholson Way with an awful Luka Modric-shaped hole in their midriff. The Croatian schemer departed English shores for the sunnier climes of Madrid to work with Jose Mourinho and the La Liga champions.
But that has left a cool £33m in Daniel Levy's pocket and he and Andre Villas-Boas may be tempted to splash half of it on Dembele.
There is, of course, a behemoth by way of Manchester United also waiting in the wings. Having viewed Dembele up close and personal in Saturday's 3-2 win over Fulham, Sir Alex Ferguson may have been convinced to make the Belgian his fifth signing of the summer.
It's a little known secret that United have been a little short in the middle of the park for the past few years - not least because wee Paul Scholes is still patrolling the centre-circle - and Dembele could provide the value for money improvement Sir Alex needs to reclaim his Premier League crown.
Fulham meanwhile, will be doing their utmost to keep Dembele, particularly after their impressive start to the campaign. But can Mohammed Al Fayed resist the lure of £15m?
And then there are the others. Could Liverpool switch Cottage attentions from Clint Dempsey to Dembele? Will Arsenal see him as a replacement for Alex Song? Or will Roberto Mancini convince his employers at Manchester City to make their second signing of the window?
With just four days remaining in the window, let us know who you think would be the best club for Dembele to move to.
