Extra Time: Anyone for tennis? Sir Alex Ferguson, Vidic and Hodgson attend Wimbledon

Sir Alex Ferguson, Nemanja Vidic and Roy Hodgson took some time away from football for the day to take in some tennis at Wimbledon.

The former Manchester United manager is clearly making the most of life after football management, watching the centre court action on Wednesday which features fellow Scot Andy Murray in a quarter-final clash against Fernando Verdasco.

Sir Alex is joined by Hodgson, who no doubt will take the chance to bend the Old Trafford legend's ear for some tips on how to guide England through qualification and in to the World Cup in Brazil in 2014.

Manchester United are also represented in south west London by club captain Nemanja Vidic, who opted for court one, where fellow Serbian Novak Djokovic was also in action against Thomas Berdych.
