Barcelona prepared to send Alexander Hleb back to Arsenal as part of Cesc Fabregas deal - report
Barcelona are looking to reunite Alexander Hleb with Arsenal as they seek to reduce the cash demand for £80 million target Cesc Fabregas.
The Gunners have demanded the huge sum from the La Liga champions before they would consider doing business for their 23-year old captain. With Fabregas determined to make the move back to the Nou Camp, Barcelona are exploring other avenues to seal the transfer.
According to the Daily Mail, one option being considered is to send Hleb back to the Emirates outfit. The Belarus international spent three years at Arsenal before leaving for Spain in 2008.
He has, however, enjoyed an unhappy spell with the Catalans and was sent on loan to Stuttgart last term. The 29-year old is the best option available as Yaya Toure has refused the move, while star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still wanted at the club.
