The Netherlands international has spoken of his admiration for the winger, whom he feels would be a 'welcome reinforcement' if the youngster were to arrive in Eindhoven this summerMark Van Bommel has urged PSV to sign his former international team-mate Luciano Narsingh from Heerenveen.
The 21-year-old is one of Dutch football's most sought-after players, having shot to stardom in 2011-12 following an impressive campaign with the Frisian side, where his return of 22 assists in the Eredivisie earned him a place in the final Oranje squad for Euro 2012.
Unsurprisingly, his good form has seen him linked with various European outfits, including PSV, and in an interview with De Telegraaf, the veteran midfielder talked candidly of how he believes Narsingh would be a perfect signing for the Philips Stadion faithful.
"I would really appreciate it if Narsingh comes [to PSV]. Each reinforcement is welcome," said Van Bommel.
"But it's not the players job to judge who we sign, that is down to Marcel Brands [director] and Dick Advocaat [head coach]."
A switch to PSV is looking increasingly likely for the winger, with club director Marcel Brands claiming on Thursday that the player himself is keen on making the move to Eindhoven.
