Italian striker focused on Rossoneri despite reported interest...AC Milan striker Marco Borriello has admitted he is well aware of reports linking his client with a move to Manchester United.
"I read this story about Manchester United too and it’s always nice to see these things," Tiberio Cavalleri told Calciomercato.it.
"The fact he is regarded overseas to be an ideal partner for someone like Wayne Rooney is further proof of how well he has done this season with Milan."
With Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson said to have run out of patience with Dimitar Berbatov, it has been suggested that the two clubs may attempt to initiate a swap deal involving the pair.
"I have had no concrete information or official news on this matter," Cavalleri continued.
"So at the moment it remains just rumours. We’ll see what happens later on.
"I have not spoken to the Milan management. Marco is now focused on the last league game and the national team."
