Carlo Ancelotti claims Roman Abramovich likes Chelsea's style
Owner entertained by attacking play...
By Zack Wilson
The Blues have often been perceived as a little dull and efficient in the recent past, but Ancelotti believes that the Russian has been impressed by a more attacking and entertaining approach from his players.
"Some things we have changed. The system of play is a little bit different. We play attacking football," Ancelotti said, according to The Sun.
"Roman wants to see the team in his identity. I think the team now is playing with his identity. We want to improve this but this is a good way to play."
Chelsea welcome Inter to Stamford Bridge for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Tuesday night.
Jose Mourinho's men enjoy a 2-1 lead from the first leg in Italy but Ancelotti is relishing the occasion.
"I love this competition, it is the best in football," he added.
"I want my players to go out and show their quality."
