Alexander died last week and this weekend's match will be Macclesfield's first home game since he passed away.
"It is very fitting that we should be playing a club with links to Keith Alexander," spoke Scott at a press conference on Wednesday.
"And whilst Bury supporters will obviously be well represented on the day, we are also inviting supporters of every club which Keith either played for or managed to the Moss Rose this weekend.
He added: "Keith was a real football man and we can't think of a better tribute than to see fans sporting their colours on the terraces remembering his achievements with their clubs."
