Tony Mowbray confirms Celtic are in talks with Artur Boruc about new deal
Hoops hope to extend contract of reported Bayern Munich target...
By Richard Evans
Celtic manager Tony Mowbray has revealed that the club will hold contract talks with goalkeeper Artur Boruc.
The 30-year-old shot stopper is reportedly attracting interest from Bayern Munich, among others, and will be out of contract at the end of next season.
However, the Parkhead club want the Poland international to sign a new deal at the club and end speculation regarding his future.
Mombray, reluctant to go into detail, told the Evening Times: "What I will say is that conversations have been had with Artur and his advisors, but whatever we discuss stays in-house."
