Everton boss David Moyes lambasts 'terrible tackle' on Marouane Fellaini, hopeful over Tim Cahill calf strain
Scotsman critical of challenge on midfielder.

Furthermore, the Toffees trainer has spoken out over the challenge that left Maraoune Fellaini suffering a speculated six-month injury lay-off.
Fellaini sustained a sever ankle injury during the Liverpool derby following a tackle from Reds centre back Sotoris Kyrgiakos, a challenge that has been labelled "terrible" by Moyes.
"It was a terrible tackle," said Moyes in The Guardian. "We have lost a few players to tackles. It is a blow to us as Marouane will be out for a while."
Everton had reason to cheer, however, after the club's 2-1 victory against Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League, yet the taste of triumph was soured due to the withdrawal of Australia international Cahill.
"Cahill may have a calf strain, we're not sure of the severity yet."
Goals from Pienaar and defender Sylvain Distin granted Everton a 2-0 lead over their Portuguese opponents. Miguel Veloso halved the defecit from the penalty spot.
"We feel we are good enough to beat Sporting. Playing there is going to be a different story and that's why it is unfortunate to give up a goal, but they still have to score."
