Frank Lampard believes Chelsea can learn from Manchester United to beat Arsenal
The England international will take any help, no matter the source...
By David Kifford
Manchester United ran out 3-1 winners over the Gunners at the Emirates last weekend and Lampard believes Chelsea can do the same.
Recalling his own side's 3-0 victory over Arsenal from earlier this season the England international told ChelseaTV: "You have to be disciplined against Arsenal because they do move the ball quickly and move themselves very well.
"We did that and became strong and we did similar to how Manchester United played against them the other day."
"They let Arsenal have possession at times and they sat back and waited and did them on the counter attack."
Cheslea dropped to second in the Premier League after United's 5-0 romp over Portsmouth on Saturday and after a midweek draw with relegation candidates Hull and publicised off-field issues it would be easy for the Chelsea squad to lose focus.
However Lampard believes the Blues are strong enough both physically and mentally to push on in the title race.
He added: "We didn't play great obviously and Hull had a right go. We've been on a great run recently and we were frustrated after the game but that happens.
"We have had a blip but we have to work hard to make sure our training is spot on and hopefully we learn from the things we weren't doing right."
