The Serbian international has been in and out of the Red Devils' first XI this season due to injuries, while transfer rumours linking the stopper with moves to Barcelona and AC Milan have persisted.
The player's representative, Silvano Martina, has refuted the claims however, declaring a move away from Manchester as "difficult".
"When a player is with a big club it is difficult to change, and then these rumours come out just a few days after the close of the transfer market. A contradiction, don't you think?" he said, according to calciomercato.
"There was nothing and I think that there won't be even in the future.
"It is a useless thing that, just because a player is injured or maybe doesn't play well, we are talking of a possible sale."
Reports in the past have claimed that Vidic and his family have struggled to settle in England - something the defender has resolutely denied.
