Chelsea skipper John Terry was delighted with his side's 3-0 home win over Birmingham City last night and is keen for them to maintain their good form at Burnley at the weekend.

The England defender was starting his 300th career league game but wasted no time in reflecting on the milestone.

Rather, the 29-year-old now wants to heap the pressure on the Blues' title rivals by winning at Turf Moor, a place where top sides have come unstuck earlier in the campaign.

"At Burnley on Saturday we have to win where Manchester United have lost and Arsenal have drawn," said Terry, according to Press Association Sport.

"When we play Arsenal at home in February wins against Burnley and Hull, if we can achieve them, would have opened a healthy gap for us. But to achieve that, it's got to be champion form."

Chelsea are now one point ahead of United at the top of the table and two ahead of Arsenal, with a game in hand on both of them.
