Italy boss Marcello Lippi offers Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara encouragement
The Azzurri boss has given Ferrara salutary advice...
By Salvatore Landolina
A poor run of form has led to widespread reports that the axe will fall on Ferrara.
Lippi has told his former pupil to look at the experience as a learning curve, rather than a hindrance. The World Cup winner believes distressing times in Calcio form part of the game across the specturm.
"I fell really sorry for this situation," Lippi told 7 Gold.
"But, such a big castle has been constructed in Turin it seems that every problem there depends on Lippi.
"In any case, I would advise Ferrara to keep determinated and to accept that there can be moments of difficulty in the life of a coach.
"He started really well with Juve, but now there are great displeasures. I hope he gets to enjoy some happy times too."
