Robinho's father looking for Barcelona move in January
Brazilian's dad interested in Catalan move from Eastlands...
Robinho's father has fueled speculation that the Manchester City man could be on his way to Barcelona in January.
The former Real Madrid player has been recuperating from a leg fracture and is said to be close to a first team return.
Although Mark Hughes has confirmed Robinho will be staying at Manchester City, Robinho's father has spoken out saying a move is still a possibility if Barcelona agrees to move for the City player.
Robinho's father and agent Gilvan da Souza told Mundo Deportivo, "I am very aware of what is said and published in Barcelona in relation to my son.
"Until the two clubs do agree and we officially have a decision, we must keep them guessing.
"Robinho is a professional who is bound to City, with whom he has a contract, but if your club (Barca) agrees, the choice is very exciting. Let's see."
Robinho has controversially been called-up to the Brazil squad for next week's friendly against England, however de Souza is more concerned his son fully recovers.
"Now it is important to know that Robinho is fully recovered from his injury.
"He has a very important game on the 14th in Qatar with Brazil against England and then on the 17th in Oman.
"These meetings should help strengthen our bid for the World Cup."
