The Serie A title contenders want the out-of-favour Manchester United winger and will look to use current links in their squad to convince him to move to Italy
Roma are the latest Serie A side to be in for a January move for Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay, reports The Sun.
The winger was left out of Jose Mourinho's squad for their latest Premier League outing against West Ham and all signs point to him being surplus to requirements.
Roma are now readying to pounce for Memphis and are hopeful they can get him on a cut-price deal in January to aid their Scudetto bid.
The report cites Corriere dello Sport in saying that the capital outfit could be aided in their chase given the 22-year-old shares the same agent as current Roma players Kevin Strootman and Thomas Vermaelen.
