I hope you have enjoyed our coverage this afternoon. Have a good one. I have been Hayden Gribble and this is me, signing off. Until next time!
FULL TIME - WEST HAM 2-0 TOTTENHAM. Sam Allardyce punches the air as he completes the double over London rivals Spurs with a dominating display that keeps the Hammers up. Younes Kaboul was sent off after upending Stewart Downing and not long after Harry Kane turned Andy Carroll's header past his own keeper. Towards the end of the first half Downing then put a weak free-kick through a cowardly wall to double the Irons lead. It was lead they kept and the home support are delighted with the third scalp over the North London side this season - the first ever time they have beaten them thrice in a campaign.
90' + 2'
WHAT A SAVE! Rose gets the rub of the green and latches onto a bouncing ball to lash a shot goalwards, but Adrian tips it over acrobatically.
The fourth official indicates that there will be THREE minutes of added on time.
The away side will feel very hard done by today but they cannot afford to make so many mistakes at the back and look so disinterested going forward. It makes their aspirations of Champions League look laughable.
HANDBALL!? Sandro looks ot put the ball into the box and it hits the arm of Taylor, but Phil Dowd waves for a corner instead! It woulsn't change the game in my opinion but sums up Tottenham's day.
Yellow Card Sandro
The home support get to their feet and applud Andy Carroll off the pitch. Has he done enough this season to book a place in Roy Hodgson's squad?
The question some Spurs fans will be asking will be would they have won this game had Kaboul stayed on the pitch? Well he was rightly sent off by Phil Dowd and it was a defensive error that led to the foul on Downing...something the North London side have made frequently this season in the build up to goals.
STAT ATTACK: Roberto Soldado has not scored a Premier League away goal since 20 October and has scored only two goals from open play.
This game has really slowed down now. Tottenham are looking so dejected out there and the home side are loving it. They are minutes away from a first double over the North Londoners since 1999.
We have 15 minutes left to play plus stoppage time and the tempo has fallen into pre-season friendly territory now. The Hammers have barely been threatened by Spurs in this half and they are looking comfortable on the ball.
CHANCE! It's the first chance for the visitors in a while and it falls to Soldado, who swipes at the ball from an acute angle and drags it wide.
STAT ATTACK: West Ham have not kept a clean sheet in their last 10 league matches and have lost seven of their last nine league games (W2).
Yellow Card Roberto Soldado
OUCH! Soldado has not made much of an impression this season...but he has on Diame's leg as he swipes at the West Ham man and provokes a angry response from Nolan who is also spoken to by Phil Dowd.
Sherwood is snarling on the sidelines as he witnesses Eriksen being fouled by Noble and it looks like the Hammers man almost rips the Dane's shorts off! Phil Dowd waves play on much to the Spurs' manager's frustration.
It looks like all is forgiven between Tim Sherwood and Sandro as the Brazilian is introduced in place of ineffective Paulinho. Roberto Soldado will also come on as the visitors look to go with two men up front again.
ANOTHER CHANCE! Taylor keeps his shot down from the edge of the box and aims for the bottom left corner but Lloris smothers it. He has been the only Tottenhm player to cover himself in glory today.
KEEPER HOWLER! What is Adrian on today? The Spaniard spills Eriksen's cross against the post and out for a corner. He has got away with murder today and is not looking confident at all.
STAT ATTACK: West Ham have lost the most points from winning positions this season (20); Tottenham the fewest (6).
This really is comical from Spurs and the home supporters are loving it, goading the away end with chants about wanting Tim Sherwood to stay and the fact that the North London side have failed to qualify for the Champions League.
GOOD SAVE! What a mix up at the back again from the visitors as Dawson and Chiriches go for the same ball and leave Nolan alone to tap against the on rushing Lloris, who saves his side again.
This is all very comfortable for the home side now as Spurs continue to chase shadows. Therre is a lack of effort and bite in midfield, especially from Paulinho, who fails to pass accurately to Sigurdsson, who is only two yards in front of him!
Chiriches does well to beat Nolan but he concedes a corner on the right hand side. The corner finds Carroll who is crowded out by the visitor's defense and the attack breaks down.
SPECTACULAR EFFORT! Diame is found in the box by Downing and he spins into an overhead that is thwarted by the brilliant Lloris. What a goal that would have been!
STAT ATTACK: Before the start of this game, Spurs had scored 12 goals in their last four league games whilst West Ham had managed just two.
The teams are back out on the pitch and it is the Irons to get us back underway, kicking from left to right.
There are two very opposing views on that opening 45 minutes of social media sites. West Ham fans are elated. Spurs fans...dejected and bemoaning the fight from their players. I have to admit...since that red card there has been none from the visitors. Is there more to come from the hosts after the break? Or will ten-man Tottenham somehow get back in this one?
HALF TIME - WEST HAM 2-0 TOTTENHAM. The hosts are applauded off the pitch as Lloris shakes his head in disbelief as Spurs have crumbled here. Kaboul's sending off was just and the salt was rubbed into the wounds as Harry Kane deflected Carroll's header into the net. The Hammers doubled their advantage when Stewart Downing's weak free-kick went straight through the wall...there will be some strong words about that one in the dressing room during the break!
JUST WIDE! There will be TWO minute off added on time...and Carroll drags his shot just inches past the post as the board goes up!
Goal Stewart Downing
GOAL! It's Downing who strikes it instead and his strike goes right through the middle of the wall and past Lloris. Paulinho and Adebayor stood to one side and allowed the ball to sail into the net. What a cock up from Spurs again!
Yellow Card Michael Dawson
The visitors are really nervous at the back as Dawson brings down Noble in a similar position to where Kaboul upended Downing and saw red. Carroll lines it up...
BLOCKED! The visitors look like they have survived for the moment as Paulinho lashes a 30 yarder straight at the back of Noble and the ball sails high and out for a throw in.
Chiriches and Naughton combine well to stop Diame from beating them down the left flank. Tottenahm really do look rattled here.
SAVE! It's fair to say that Lloris is keepnig Spurs in this as they continue to struggle under the kosh. A fantastic low strike from Taylor after Carroll's knock down sends the Frenchman low to his left and he tips it our for another corner.
STAT ATTACK: Only Liverpool (34) have earned more points than Tottenham (33) on their travels this season.
The away side really are struggling with set pieces as they make the ball look like a wet bar of soap as they try to clear a dangerous Noble corner. They are now being given no time on the ball as the Hammers are breathing down their necks.
That was the last touch that the England Under-21 made as he is sacrificed for Chiriches. Will Spurs strike back?
Vlad Iulian Chiricheş
Own Goal Harry Kane
GOAL! Kane deflects Carroll's header into the back of the net to send the Hammers in front! It was going wide until the ball nicked off the top of the youngster's head and past the stranded Lloris.
WHAT A SAVE! The Hammers are given a free-kick roughly 20 yards out after that sending off. The England striker lashes it towards the top corner but Lloris springs to his right and claws it away in spectacular style!
Red Card Younes Kaboul
RED CARD! Younes Kaboul is sent off for a synical foul on Downing, who is sent clean through on goal. He was the last man and there was definite contact and the Frenchman is sent for an early bath. Spurs will now have to play three quarters of the game with ten men!
SHOWBOAT! Eriksen has just shown off some clever footwork to turn away from three Hammers defenders. He finds Adebayor in the box but he is cut out by Tomkins who puts it behind for a corner.
The Hammers are coming into this a little more now but they are struggling to create any chances that have tested Lloris so far.
Yellow Card Kyle Naughton
Nolan and Carroll have a great telepathic partnership and it's the midfielder who makes a last second run into the box to head across goal but he is judged to be offside.
CHANCE! Paulinho rises high in the box and he is unmarked to head on target but Adrian is right behind it. Tim Sherwood is off his seat and urging his side to keep this domination up.
The tempo has died a little here but it is still the away side who look to create chances. Adebayor looks to find Paulinho in the middle with a pass along the ground but his pass is off target and it gifts the ball back to the hosts.
STAT ATTACK: Only Norwich (4) and Newcastle (3) have earned fewer points than West Ham (6) from their last eight matches.
Adrian has been charged down a couple of times by Kane and it's fair to say that it looks like a tactic Spurs will employ throughout the game. They are charging down every ball at the moment and showing the fight that their manager requested before kick-off.
An update for music lovers here as Lennon takes on McCartney on the right hand side but the winger is blocked out and the ball runs away for a goal kick.
HANDBALL APPEAL! The hoem side play a short free-kick into Carroll, whose shot seems to hit Kane on the arm. The youngster had his arm down by his side and the referee waves for a corner instead.
GREAT CHANCE! The away side counter attack as the Hammers are caught napping at the back and Sigurdsson finds Eriksen in the centre, who lays it off to Adebayor, but his low touch from the edge of the area is tame and gathered by Adrian.
It's Spurs who have made the brighter start as they try to build possession. Adebayor tries to hold the play up on the right flank but Taylor wins the ball back.
KEEPER CALAMITY! Kane chases down a backpass to Adrian and the keeper wallops his clearance stright at the back of the young striker. Luckily for the Hammers, the ball cannons out for a goal kick.
Spurs get us underway, kicking from left to right.
Both teams are out of the tunnel and are greeted by the roar of the crowd. Today's match referee is Phil Dowd.
TEN MINUTES TO GO! As The Clash's 'London Calling' blares from the speakers and the bubbles blow around Upton Park we are minutes away from kick-off. Which side of London will emerge happiest after this one? The north or the east? Not long now until we find out...
PRE MATCH STAT ATTACK: Both teams are unbeaten when they have kicked off at 12.45 BST this season...so this will be a draw then!
Meanwhile in North London it’s been a funny old season for Spurs. Since Tim Sherwood was appointed in December he has the highest win percentage than any previous boss at White Hart Lane but increasing speculation over his future has led to a feeling that this summer will be another of change at the Lane. He makes just one change to the side that beat Stoke last weekend with Gylfi Sigurdsson replacing Nacer Chadli, who has a groin injury.
The Hammers are just a point away from safety but a run of four consecutive defeats has left manager Sam Allardyce under intense scrutiny from the club’s own supporters. He makes one change to the side with Matt Taylor replacing Matt Jarvis as they look to do the double over their London rivals.
Tottenham (4-4-2): Lloris; Naughton, Dawson, Kaboul, Rose; Lennon, Paulinho, Sigurdsson, Eriksen; Adebayor, Kane. Subs: Friedel, Chiriches, Fryers, Bentaleb, Pritchard, Sandro, Soldado.
West Ham (4-5-1): Adrian; Demel, Reid, Tomkins, McCartney; Downing, Nolan, Noble, Taylor, Diame; Carroll. Subs: Jarvis, Armero, Vaz Te, Collins, Jaaskelainen, C Cole, Nocerino.
Good afternoon and welcome to this tasty looking midday London derby in the Premier League between West Ham and Tottenham. My name is Hayden Gribble and I will be bringing you all of the action of a game that some corners of the media have dubbed the ‘P45 derby’ as both managers will be looking for a win to ease the pressure on themselves and their teams. The teams news is coming right up...
