FULL-TIME West Ham 2-1 Norwich.
90' + 3'
Ryan Bennett hurls a long throw into the box that bounces around after Bassong flicks it on, but Tomkins hooks it away!
90' + 2'
It's going to be a nervy finish for the hammers' fans. Sam Allardyce is telling his team to remain deep with Carlton Cole now hugely isolated as a target man up front.
Assist Elliott Bennett
Goal Russell Martin
GOALL!!! That puts the cat among the pigeons! Elliott Bennett skips past Jordan Spence and crosses for Russell martin who swivels to volley home his third goal of the week. Game on!
Norwich are still having a good go, though. Sebastien Bassong is now playing as an emergency striker.
West Ham are cruising to victory now and keeping the ball well in midfield. Norwich have had plenty of the game in the second half but were ultimately unable to create any clear chances and it looks set to be a fourth defeat in a row for Chris Hughton's side.
A corner from the left for Norwich is flicked outside the box by Michael Turner to substitute David Fox, but his effort screws high and wide. The sort of shot that you'd expect from a man who hasn't scored for two years.
Noble swings the set-piece in from the right and Cole rises highest but plants his header wide.
The threat of Jarvis has been massive for West Ham. This time the winger finds himself running at Turner, who manages to just deflect a cross behind for a corner.
Ricardo Vaz Te
Sam Allardyce refreshes his attacking line as Mobido Maiga is on for Ricardo Vaz Te. The Portuguese has done well this afternoon in his first start for a couple of months.
Martin again breaks forward and tries to get on the end of a scooped pass from Jackson, but Reid steps across to cut his run out and Jaaskelainen gathers.
West Ham are now sitting incredibly deep and looking to break when they can. A cross from the left flashes across goal, with Taylor just getting there ahead of Russell martin, but his clearance is only as far as Tettey, but the Norwegian fires wide from distance.
West Ham are under the cosh, Elliott Bennett has been lively since coming on and Winston Reid is proving a one-man defence at times for the hosts as they look to see out this win.
Elliott Bennett has been bright since coming on. The winger gets past Matt Taylor before chipping a ball into the middle that Demel gets away just ahead of Pilkington.
Martin has switched over to the right wing now and his low cross is cleared by Reid as far as Snodgrass who drives a daisy-cutter in from 30 yards but Jaaskelainen saves well.
Changes for both sides. Wes Hoolahan and Harry kane are replaced by Simeon Jackson and Elliott Bennett for Norwich while Gary O'Neil is on for West Ham, replacing Joey O'Brien. Matt Taylor moves to left-back.
Ryan Bennett's long throws have been dangerous for Norwich today. Another is forced behind by Reid and the resulting corner is headed over the bar by Turner.
It's straight into the wall and Norwich eventually get the ball clear.
Carlton Cole looks to deliver from the right but it hits Martin's hand. The ball almost squirms to Noble, but Clattenburg brings it back for a set-piece that Taylor will hit...
Off the post! The Hammers zoom up the other end and Taylor drifts the ball in from the left to Vaz Te who heads back across goal, but it stays out off the post, with Jarvis unable to get on the end of the rebounding ball.
Norwich get forward again and Ryan Bennett ventures forward for the first time today. He feeds Snodgrass on the right who runs the ball out of play, sloppy from the Scot.
Jarvis bursts down the right, before checking inside Martin and crossing from the right. The ball is cleared as far as Collison who feeds Noble and the captain's shot is deflected for a corner.
Mark Noble goes in on Robert Snodgrass, but gets his studs caught in the grass and goes down in a lot of pain. It looks as though he should be alright, but that will be a worry for Sam Allardyce.
Slightly better from West Ham. Vaz Te picks the ball up on the right channel and clips a ball in that Turner just flicks away from Cole. The ball is worked back to Vaz Te but his second cross is poor and goes behind for a goal kick.
Taylor's first corner is headed behind by a Norwich defender, and a second is nodded wide by Tomkins.
West Ham are stunned, but barely into action. They have a corner though as a long ball towards Cole is headed behind for a corner.
Norwich are playing with much more purpose in this half, Hoolahan plays a great reverse ball to free Pilkington. The winger hits a meek effort at Jaaskelainen after being flagged offside, but replays suggest he wasn't.
Strong shouts for a penalty from Norwich! Wes Hoolahan plays the ball ahead of Harry Kane in the box who goes over under a challenge from James Tomkins but Mark Clattenburg is not interested.
Jack Collison tries to drag Russell Martin out of position as he tries to deliver a ball into the area, when he eventually works some space, it goes straight out of play.
Robert Snodgrass wins an early free kick on the right wing as he bursts past O'Brien before the West Ham man shoves him to the floor. The Scot picks himself up and delivers the kick but the officials spot an infringement in the box and the hosts are awarded the ball.
And we're off!
The teams are back out at Upton Park and the second half will be kicking off very shortly!
The Hammers dominated the opening period very well there, although Norwich are slightly aggrieved with a couple of refereeing decisions in each goal. They were certainly harshly done by for the penalty which lead to the Hammers' third-minute opener.
Goal Joey O'Brien
GOALL!!!! The Hammers double their lead and Joey O'Brien strikes! The Hammers get on with the game as Alex Tettey lies injured in midfield. Noble bursts to the byeline in the left channel before cutting to Carlton Cole, who sets the ball to O'Brien and the defender sweeps home!
Penalty Goal Mark Noble
GOAL!!! The Hammers' captain puts it to Mark Bunn's right, while the keeper dives the other way. Great start for the Irons!
PENALTY TO WEST HAM!! The ball is looped into the area by Guy Demel and Ryan Bennett is penalised for holding Winston Reid's shirt. Mark Noble will take the spot-kick...
Matt Jarvis bursts down the left wing after a quickly taken free kick. The former Wolves man buys a corner off Russell martin that is punched clear.
Norwich get us underway, kicking from left to right.
HALF-TIME: West Ham 2-0 Norwich
Norwich looking to grab something late in the half as Tettey drives towards goal before hitting an effort from 30 yards, but it is blocked.
Snodgrass misses the ball as he tries to clear the set-piece and the ball is eventually worked to Jarvis on the left. He crosses for Vaz Te, whose ungainly jumping volley goes wide.
More pressure from the hosts. Cole holds up the ball from O'Brien's throw before feeding Noble 30 yards out. The skipper's long-range shot is deflected behind for corner.
Norwich have a chance to deliver a good ball from a free kick, but Snodgrass' ball is easily headed away. West Ham break and Collison's cross is squirted behind by turner, with the resulting corner being headed behind by Kane. The following set-piece comes to nothing as Vaz Te is whistled for fouling Bunn.
West Ham win a succession of throw-ins down the left, but one is loose and picked by Snodgrass, who is bundled over by Cole and the pressure is eased.
The crowd have been stunned into silence by that Cole miss. It seems the teams have also been affected with either defence currently seeing who can hoof it over the top of the other.
HOW has he missed?!?! Mark Noble is pulling all the strings in midfield and picks out Demel in the right channel perfectly. The Ivorian sweeps the ball across the six-yard box where Cole is awaiting a tap-in, but he astonishingly clips it over the bar.
Jarvis again torments Bennett, twisting this way and that before Snodgrass gets back to put the ball out for a corner... but Mark Clattenburg gives a goal kick.
The set-piece is quickly taken and worked to Matt Taylor on the edge of the box who crashes an effort at Bunn, with the former Blackburn man tipping over.
West ham look comfortable with their lead now, they're allowing Norwich the ball in their own half before snapping into them once they cross halfway. Jarvis once again zooms down the left, Tettey covers this time and the ball is out for another corner.
That is certainly a deserved goal for Sam Allardyce's side. They look well set for a first win in nearly a month now.
INCREDIBLE save from Bunn!! The ball is whipped in from the right by Demel and Ryan Bennett can only nudge the ball down to Collison. The Welshman prods the ball to Bunn's right but he plunges down and claws the ball away. Amazing reflexes.
West Ham punt a free kick into the Norwich box that is headed up for Vaz Te to hit a bicycle kick, but Russell Martin hurls himself in front of the effort and Clattenburg gives a foul against the Portuguese for a high boot.
Chaos erupts in the Hammers' box as Ryan Bennett hurls a long throw into the box. The ball appears to come off a West Ham hand as head-tennis breaks out before Pilkington drives a low effort just wide.
Off the bar! The Canaries win a free kick as Noble handballs 30 yards out and Snodgrass smashes his effort over the wall, past Jaaskelainen, but he is denied by the woodwork!
Matt Jarvis has Ryan Bennett on toast. He skins the former Grimsby man too easily again, before cutting into the area from the byeline, but Carlton Cole is whistled for a slight push, which is met by ironic cheers from the visiting support.
Mark Clattenburg gives Harry Kane a warning as he charges into James Tomkins, catching the striker late. The 19-year-old has given away a couple of fouls now, and could soon go in the book.
More territorial dominance for the Hammers, but they're unable to create anything, with two very solid banks of four for Norwich keeping them at arm's length.
Good bit of pressure from the home side as they pen the Canaries into their own box. Carlton Cole crosses for Jack Collison, but Turner heads away. The former Hull City man is on hand to hack the ball away moments later as Taylor sends a low ball into the box. Makeshift right-back Ryan Bennett is being clearly targeted by Sam Allardyce's side.
No signs of injury for Cole as Taylor heads the ball infield and the big No.9 lets the ball run across him before hitting a 25-yard effort that is on target, but easily saved by Bunn.
Norwich look to break on the Hammers as Hoolahan wins the ball in midfield and drives forward. The Irishman tries to feed Pilkington, arriving in the area, but his pass is poor and Tomkins easily cuts it out, before clearing.
The magic spray has worked its magic and Cole is back on the field.
Carlton Cole is laid on the turf clutching his left knee after an aerial challenge with Alex Tettey. It appears the former England man's landing may have done the damage.
Russell Martin and Mark Noble will captain the sides today, as they emerge from the tunnel, kick-off is imminent!
Nervy from the Hammers! Harry Kane can't get his head onto a punt from the defence, and Tomkins looks to let the ball run to Jaaskelainen, but it is dribbling and the Tottenham loanee almost gets on the end of the ball but the Finn just scoops it up in time.
Norwich have also stuttered of late after their recent 10-game run without defeat, they have lost their last three games.
Robert Snodgrass sends a free kick from deep in-swinging into the area, with targets up from the back, but James Tomkins rises highest to clear with his head.
West Ham have not won a game since beating Chelsea at the start of December. Their poor run has coincided with Mohamed Diame's absence with injury.
The home fans have been lifted slightly by that early strike. Play has settled back down swiftly, however, with neither side able to grab control of the ball in midfield.
