Another brilliant save by Cesar in the last seconds as he gets down to his right to stop a Defoe strike, but it was the final move of the match as Spurs hold on to the three points. QPR, however, will feel very hard done by.

Lennon attacking again, forcing Faurlin into a slip, but when he shoots Hill gets in the way and concedes a corner, but Spurs are keeping the ball by the corner flag.

Very entertaining match we have had today. Both teams are still trying to attack at every opportunity.

QPR are by no means giving up here, but they are leaving themselves very open at the back. Again QPR give possession away in attack and Spurs pounce. Bale marches forward and tries to go all the way before shooting, but who is there to bail QPR out? That's right, Clint Hill.
Very good defending yet again by Hill. Defoe was played through on goal by Lennon after a poor pass from Cisse, but when he was about to pull the trigger Hill turned and stuck a foot in. Great tackle.
Straight back down the other end and QPR have another corner after Cisse's excellent cross was cleared by Walker.
The corner itself resulted in nothing, and when the ball comes back to Bale, he looked starved of ideas and Onuoha tackled him.
Cesar makes another good stop. Lennon broke on the QPR defence before slipping Bale in to his right. The Welshman beat Hill down the right and shot from a tight angle with his right foot, but Cesar palms it away. Corner.
Good header by Caulker. Park got forward down the left, cut inside on to his right foot and crossed, but the young defender flicked it away before Cisse could get it.
QPR win free-kick on the right after Wright-Phillips is blocked off by Vertonghen.
Good play by Spurs again. Walker and Lennon combine well down the right as the full-back crosses deep, and with both Dempsey and Defoe lurking Hill concedes a corner.
What a tackle by Vertonghen! Zamora brilliantly kept the ball from Caulker and Gallas before flicking it through to Hoilett who appeared destined to score, but after taking a little too long on the ball Vertonghen stormed across and made a last-ditch challenge. Fantastic.
Bale's corner eventually comes to Dempsey on the far side, but his outside-of-the-foot shot is food and drink for Cesar.
Corner for Spurs as Hill just gets a touch on the ball to halt Defoe. still work to do though.
Great save by Cesar! Vertonghen's cross is blocked and falls into the path of Bale, but just as he appeared to be falling over, the Wales star let rip a great strike only to see it tipped away by Cesar.
Spurs back on the front foot as Dempsey goes for goal from range again, this time his effort rolls wide of the post.
QPR very close to an equaliser! Wright-Phillips plays a great ball in behind Vertonghen for Dyer and the winger crosses low, but it is just put just behind Zamora. Walker clears.
GOAL!!! Two goals in quick succession for Spurs! What a couner-attack that was as Vertonghen brings the ball forward from the back and then lays it to Bale to his left. The winger's strike is put on to the bar by the on-rushing Cesar, but Defoe puts away the follow-up.

GOAL!!! QPR score again... But Alejandro Faurlin puts the ball past his own goalkeeper! The Spurs corner was headed back across goal by Sandro and the ball finds its way into the net off Faurlin.
Very good play by Lennon as he beats Park and Onuoha down the right before crossing, but it is headed behind.
After a good start to the second-half. Spurs have gone quiet again but remain dangerous on the counter.
Park almost picks out Zamora with a good pass, but Walker gets back, with his combination of pace and power winning the ball back for him.

Eighth QPR corner after Caulker's touch was poor, but Spurs clear easily.
Spurs weren't happy in that last period of play after the ball appeared to hit Wright-Phillips on the arm in the penalty area, but the referee wasn't convinved.
Spurs looking far better so far in the second-half.
Julio Cesar finally called into action as Dempsey tries his luck form range, but the effort swerved all over the place and the Brazilian could only parry it away. Lennon then wins a corner as Onuoha tackles him.
Good block by Caulker as he gets in the way of a Hoilett shot. Rangers still on the attack as Walker gifts possession to Faurlin.
So, with Caulker now on the defender moves to left-back, allowing Bale to go further forward and Dempsey moves into a central position. Gylfi Sigurdsson made way.
With Caulker now on, Bale is back on the left-wing and he is already causing trouble. He delivered a great cross, but Hill puts it behind. However, the corner comes to nothing as Dempsey commits a foul at the far post.
Spurs have themselves a free-kick and it was a moment of danger for QPR, but they clear.

The halftime whistle is greeted by boos from Spurs fans, but QPR were magnificent in that first 45. A lot to do for the home team.
The hosts are finally showing something in attack as Bale gets forward down the left and crosses, but again the attack fizzles out to nothing.
Good attack by Hoilett as he holds off the attentions of Lennon and Walker, but his cross goes straight to Friedel.
A moment of respite for Spurs as Sigurdsson wins a free-kick just inside the QPR half, but it comes to nothing as Rangers clear with ease.
The Spurs fans aren't pleased and boos could yet greet them at halftime.
This has been quite a performance from QPR so far. The home team can't get out of their own half at the moment, with the visitors pressing so far forward. Granero and Faurlin are running this currently.
Spurs look very flat and short of ideas. Every time QPR go forward it is like a frenzy and they look incredibly dangerous. Their movement has been sublime so far.
Another good save from Friedel. Spurs can't contain QPR in midfield and Hoilett broke away from Sandro before letting fly from some 30 yards, but the goalkeeper palms it away.
QPR straight back on to the attack and Wright-Phillips was almost in on goal, but Gareth Bale stuck a foot out and stopped him in his tracks.
GOAL!!! QPR take the lead at White Hart Lane! Spurs fail to defend a corner and eventually the ball comes to Faurlin on the edge of the box, who slips a delightful pass through to Bobby Zamora and he pokes it past Friedel. It was deserved too.
Spurs thought they were about to open the scoring as Dempsey slipped Defoe in on goal, but just as the England striker looked to Square to Lennon, the referee blew his whistle. Defoe was offside.

QPR pressing Spurs really high now, but the home fans are making an almighty racket in an attempt to inspire their side who have been a little lacklustre so far.
Nelsen meets the corner, but under pressure from Gallas he heads over.
Fortuitous corner for QPR. Dyer hit a cross from deep, but it smacks off Bale's head and goes behind.

QPR once again looking dangerous from set-pieces. This time no Rangers players made contact with Granero's delivery, but Spurs failed to deal with it and it sails through the crowd of players in the area.
Another excellent save by Friedel! A high ball fell kindly for Hoilett who chested the ball before volleying in the area, but the American goalkeeper got over to his left to save.
Corner for QPR after Walker chested Wright-Phillips' deep cross out of play.
Spurs looked to be in with a chance on a quick chance, but when presented with a great crossing opportunity, Kyle Walker smashes his effort way too far.
Defoe is seeking his fourth league goal of the season and he has just had his first shot of the day. Sigurdsson hit a nice pass in to him on the edge of the box and Defoe let fly, but it was wide of the mark.
Corner to Spurs. Bale hits a diagonal ball to Lennon who looks to beat Hill before crossing, but his delivery goes behind.
Spurs having a prolonged period of possession now, but not really going anywhere with it.
Great save by Friedel! The corner was whipped in and Nedum Onuoha got his head on it, but Friedel palms it over for another corner. However, it comes to nothing.

Big blow there for QPR as Jose Bosingwa has had to be withdrawn due to injury, with it appearing to be located in the hamstring area.
Good chance for Spurs, and a penalty shout. Lennon did well down the right and cut a cross back. Defoe caught it on the bolley, but his effort is blocked allowing Sigurdsson to latch on to it before getting a shot away. However, the midfield appeared to be caught by Clint Hill and went tumbling. referee waves away the protests.
And we're off at White Hart Lane as QPR start the action, kicking from left to right.
Hugo Lloris is demoted back to the bench despite picking up a clean sheet against Lazio in midweek, while Ryan Nelsen starts against his former club. Elsewhere, Gareth Bale starts at left-back meaning Aaron Lennon, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Clint Dempsey all start behind Jermain Defoe.
