Into the last ten minutes here. Still no real sign of either side scoring, very much going through the motions here
Sub Dirk Kuyt makes an immediate impact. Dancing past two men down the right hand side and crosses to Carroll but his shot is easily saved by Vorm
It's getting pretty sloppy now. Both sides look tired and have struggled to put anything dangerous togetherin the last ten minutes or so
Swansea taking back some momentum here and win a couple of corners but they cant convert
A save from Vorm keeps the scores level, both sides have been frustrated up until that point, neither team giving anything away

Out of nowhere we have a brawl. Andy Carroll is tackled by Ashley Williams and the pair wrestle to the ground, what will Mark Halsey make of this?
Another good chance for Swansea! A neat passing move sees Dyer with the ball ten yards out but he fires his shot at the feet of Doni
Liverpool respond immediately, Andy Carroll climbs highest to meet a Maxi cross but cant get enough power to test Vorm
Swansea left back Neil Taylor makes a move down the left and collects the ball. After cutting in onto his right foot his curled effort is easily saved by Doni
Great save from Doni. Sigurdsson tried to catch him out with a powerful effort but he got down well and tipped it wide

This is starting to open up slightly now, a few balls over the top allowing both sets of strikers in but the defending so far has been good at both ends

Good chance for Swansea! Agger is caught in possession by Allen, he cant decide whetehr to shoot or cross and in the end his effort goes wide and out of reach of the on rushing Graham
Liverpool sitting deep and letting Swansea have the ball and so far the home side have struggled to force their way into the visitors half

As for the teams the home side have made one change from their 2-0 loss to Manchester United. Leon Britton is now fully fit and comes in for Mark Gower. For Liverpool goalkeeper Doni comes in for Pepe Reina who is ill while Martin Kelly replaces Martin Skrtel in defence.
As for Liverpool it has ultimately been a disappointing year despite winning silverware. The Carling cup isn’t enough to hide their poor league form which sees them scrapping for 7th place at best, they will want to also end on a high and go into the summer with some positivity.
It’s been an incredible first season for the Swans in the Premier League, comfortably avoiding relegation and earning high praise for their eye catching football. They will be keen to put on a show today and provide a fitting send off for their fans.
