90' + 2'
There goes the whistle. Napoli go into the Champions League group stage, while Inter are assured of second place.
90' + 1'
There will be just two extra minutes before both sides can celebrate.
Momentary concern here for Napoli as Lavezzi needs treatment. He looks like he should be ok to continue though.
Huge plumes of blue and white smoke are billowing from the home end as the Napoli fans start their end of season party a few minutes early. One tifoso has just been caught on camera nodding off!
It's Inter dictating possession for the moment, but Napoli aren't too worried about taking it off them.
This game could easily fizzle out if we're not careful. With the draw suiting both sides, nobody's willing to take any risks right now.
Nagatomo does well to get a left-wing cross in, but Pazienza and Campagnaro deal with it well between them.
Sosa is now on for Hamsik as both sides ring the changes, but it's still 1-1 after Yebda's header from Dossena's cross lands safely in Julio Cesar's arms.
For the first time since November 6, Walter Samuel has just stepped foot on the field of play. He's on for Ranocchia, and how great it is to see him back.
Mariga replaces Cambiasso for the Nerazzurri. Will that change the dynamic of the game any?
Inter are just playing keep-ball now, and Napoli are doing little to stop them.
Gargano has been dynamic as ever in midfield tonight and now forces Maicon to scramble back and concede a throw-in with another penetrative run.
Off comes the other scorer! Zuniga comes off to allow Yebda to enter the fray.
Remember, a draw kind of suits both sides here as it would confirm Inter in second place at the season's end and would also be enough for Napoli to clinch Champions League group action.
The Azzurri are playing neat triangles, but doing so deep in their own half. Fortunately they're able to bring the ball clear unharmed.
Napoli get forward, but Maggio badly overhits his cross from the right. Dossena then pulls something as he goes up for a header with Pazzini.
Inter take a long time over taking a free-kick from the left and then are guilty of pushing in the area.
Here comes Pazzini, and he's on for the goalscorer Eto'o.
Lavezzi just about keeps the ball in play as he almost tricks himself in trying to take on Zanetti and Maicon.
OOOOOOOOOHHH!! Zuniga so close to making it 2-1. Maggio's cross from the right is delivered low and the Colombian beats Maicon to it but can't quite steer goalwards with Julio Cesar stranded.
Composed play from Inter on the ball. Their energy levels took some pounding in the second quarter so this probably isn't the worst idea. They don't want to be keeping up Napoli's favoured pace.
Pazzini is warming up now for Inter. Maybe Leonardo is thinking of going three up top in a bid to claim all three points.
OOOOHHH!! Milito brilliantly works some space for himself in the left channel but De Sanctis is equal to his resulting strike. Il Principe looks dangerous tonight.
It's a more reserved start to the end of the first, with the two sides back in 'After you Claude' mode.
And away we go once more. The second period is underway.

GOOOOOOOLLLL!!! ZUNIGA EQUALISES!!! He pounces after a huge amount of indecision from the Inter defence after the Colombians initial run wasn't dealt with by Thiago Motta.
There goes the whistle. What a timely equaliser for Napoli, who deserved at least a share of the spoils from the first half. See you back here in 15 to see how this one pans out.
Milito is caught offside, giving Napoli one last chance to attack before we enter our two minutes of stoppages, but Maggio can't get his cross in.
OOOHH!! So nearly 2-0. First Milito has a drive deflected just wide, then from the corner Maicon sends an excellent curling effort cannoning back off the far post. Napoli are living dangerously by not turning their possession into goals.
Inter dropping deep now. They'd definitely take this scoreline at half-time.
Napoli are enjoying the possession and territory you'd expect them to do at San Paolo, but they still trail as they haven't been quite able to find that killer final pass so far.
Inter get forward but Nagatomo is unable to get a cross in after being knocked off balance. At least it gave them a breather for a moment.
After a brief attack the world champs are back in their own area and Maicon just about keeps out Hamsik's low cross from the right at the near post.
Zuniga gets into a great position but only sidefoots towards goal and Julio Cesar makes an easy save.
All Napoli still, but as Julio Cesar parries a Gargano shot Inter scramble it clear.
A period of Napoli pressure starts after Lavezzi tries to play one-twos without about half of his team. Inter survive though.
Comedy reaction from Kharja when he's not given a corner. That's what happens when you touch it last Houssine!
Maggio clatters into Materazzi as Napoli win a threatening throw-in but a wasted pass ends the move.
Great feet by Milito wins a corner for Inter, but when Napoli respond with a flag-kick of their own Gargano blazes wide.
Zuniga flashes wide as the Neapolitans finally big to exert some pressure again.
Inter are doing a good job of holding onto the ball for the moment. The last thing they need is to concede immediately after scoring.
Napoli still need a point remember if they're going to qualify automatically for the Champions League so the pressure is on now.
Assist Diego Milito
Goal Samuel Eto'o
Great defending by Maggio again there to foil Nagatomo, but it comes out for Eto'o and WHAT A STRIKE!!!! SAMUEL ETO'O!!! INTER LEAD!! The Cameroonian bags his 35th goal of the season with a superbly clean hit from 25 yards.
Thiago Motta's forward run asks questions of Napoli, but Kharja fouls Pazienza to release the pressure.
The two sides continuing to feel each other out a bit. It's all pretty harmless so far to be honest.
Milito bursts down the left but Maggio covers well. Inter attempt to rebuild play but Eto'o's shot clears the bar.
Inter finally get a spell on the ball, with Maicon's cross winning a corner. When it comes in, Dossena easily heads away.
The Azzurri still getting forward well in the early moments, though Lavezzi is offside as he tries to reach a through ball.
The home side are quickly onto the attack, but Lavezzi overhits the ball with his knee as he attempts to beat Materazzi.
Off we go. Napoli are playing from left to right.
So it's Zuniga who comes in for the suspended Cavani, while Milito is preferred to Pazzini for the visitors.
