The goalkeeper was brilliant tonight and the saviour of his side as PSG went on the offensive. Better in the air from set pieces, he produced a couple of fantastic saves - most notably towards the end against Rabiot.

The Morocco international will be hoping for more gametime in Ligue 1 this season, was initially enjoying a productive evening before indiscipline marred an otherwise decent evening. Two bookable fouls saw his evening curtailed with a red card.
The former PSG defender endured a mixed evening. The first half was far more productive, combining well defensively and in attack with a range of bursting runs down the left. He struggled in the second, being easily beaten out by Lucas Moura.
The former Toulouse centre-back rose to the occasion with a decent showing at the back. Struggled a little amidst an onslaught towards the end, but held his own to help his side claim a draw.
The MHSC captain also fared well amidst a barrage of attacks from the PSG forwards. Efficient at the back, and generally defensively sound but couldn't manage when les Parisiens went on a continuous attacking venture late on.
Enjoyed a superb outing tonight. Grabbed the opening goal, and was generally the thorn in the PSG side. Dazzled with his trickery and dribbling. Slightly tired as the match progressed, but still the outstanding player of his side tonight.
Powerful in midfield, the young Frenchman showed great anticipation to completely stifle the opposition’s attacking ventures. Aerial presence from set-pieces also was a strong point from his performance tonight.
Like Stambouli, the central midfielder was efficient on the ball, and better defending and limiting the attack launched by PSG. Lacked a bit of discipline with needless fouls conceded, though.
Like Mounier, Herrera proved more efficient dropping back to enable Cabella to shine. Poor going forward, and failed to get his shots on target nonetheless.
Lacked the sharpness needed to penetrate the PSG defence, but was a nuisance. On many occasions, though, lacked control also to maintain the attack but created a few chances to force PSG to defend.
The Montpellier winger was admittedly less effective than his team-mates and slightly more erratic on the ball. His crosses forward were poor, but linked well with the other flank.
A generally quiet evening for the Italian, who did no wrong other than Cabella’s opening goal. Like last season, was superb in the air and ensured that nothing else was beating him.
The Brazilian defender did well at the back, forcing through with a series of well-timed blocks and interceptions. Was influential at the other end too, constantly getting up for set pieces, and could’ve had a goal this evening
Normally sharp at the back, the Brazil captain was ball-watching for Montpellier’s opener. Improved afterwards, limiting the influence Cabella began to have on the game.
Went about his duties calmly, efficiently and quietly, and rewarded with a goal unmarked. Scored in this fixture last year, Maxwell made the left flank his own and blossomed in defence unlike Jallet.
The former PSG captain struggled along the right flank. Allowed Tiene and Cabella to push up and make the wing their own, and offensively, he wasn’t any better. Crosses in from the right failed to find their intended target, whilst a wayward early shot set the town for his evening.
One of the better PSG forward players this evening, the Brazilian was the creative force for les Parisiens. Gave the full-backs a lot of questions to answer with a brilliant range of skills and pace to force a winner.
Following on from a brilliant season last year, Matuidi was just as efficient in the middle of the park. Powerful in the centre and linked the defence and attack well to restart a flagging PSG side.
Another mixed performance from Verratti whose passing range greatly aided the PSG forward line, but defensively, the old problems began to surface once more. Reckless in the tackle, awarded a yellow card once again. A weakness in his game.
A poor evening in all honesty for the much-maligned Argentine, who will be under the microscope more this campaign. Subbed off for teenagers who excelled last week; his performances haven’t been any better. Lost possession so cheaply on more than one occasion.
A decent evening for the Swede, too, who endured a frustrating first 45 minutes under pressure from Congre and Hilton. Improved however, and set up Maxwell with the equaliser with a good header, as well as keeping Jourdren guessing with his powerful strikes.
A frustrating evening in truth for Lavezzi who was in and out of the game for large periods. When on the ball, he was effective coming in off the wing and finding Ibrahimovic in the box.
Thrown on with four minutes to go, and his only contribution was to be denied a late, late winner with his fine header denied by Jourdren.
The 18-year-old made his Ligue 1 debut following a strong pre-season outfit, but in his brief cameo, failed to show his talents.
The €64m signing made his official debut for PSG, and despite not even training with the group for much of the week, generally looked sharp and focused in attack. Posed MHSC a few problems.
