AND THAT'S FULL TIME! West Brom have snatched a point a Old Trafford after an inpressive second half. Hernandez and Nani had scored in the first period, but an Evra own goal then a huge mistake by Van der Sar have given the away side a point. It has finished 2-2 here at Old Trafford.

United produce another chance to score but Berbatov's shot is easily saved by Carson.
The visitors have another decent chance to snatch the winner but the impressive Chris Brunt sees his right foot shot sail just wide of Van der Sar's goal.
The game is getting frantic now as both teams are looking for that crucial winner. West Brom have certainly been the better of the teams in the second half but will they be able to hold on for a vital point?

A Decent chance for United as the referee deems Jara's kick to keeper Carson as a back pass. Nani plays the ball to Rooney but his shot is blocked on the line by Tamas.
West Brom are still coming forward in this game and are making United work as Ferdinand clears the ball away to prevent a threatening visitor attack.

Hernandez goes extrremely close for the home side as he shoots low across the box but Scott Carson is there to scoop the ball up.
United are now dominating the game again after a decent start to the second half by the visitors. However they are yet to find a way through the resilient defence of West Brom. How long will it be until Rooney is introduced?
Nani is brought down on the edge of the area and he takes the resulting free-kick, but the ball flies over the bar.
The game is certainly livening up and after a flurry of possession for both sides, Rafael Da Silva attempts a cross but it is blocked by Shorey. Mulumbu also goes down but he should be ok.

West Brom pull a goal back! Chris Brunt floats in a free kick from the right hand side and Evra heads past his own keeper Van der Sar to allow the away side a soft goal.
And United go straight back on the attack as Nani outwits the West Brom backline and his cross is met by the head of Darren Fletcher but it scaps just past the right hand post.
And West Brom get the second half underway as they look to overturn a two goal deficit at Old Trafford
And thats the half time whistle ands United are two goals up. Hernandez and Nani have given the home side a comfortable lead and West Brom will be looking to get back into the game in the second half.

Chicharito "The little pea" has been in the think of the action in the first half as he tries to find a way through the West Brom defence only to be brought down by Mulumbu. But the resulting free-kick is wasted.

Baggies get a rare spell of the ball and Rio Ferdinand almost scores an own goal as he meets Chris Brunt's cross with his head but fortunatly the ball goes wide.
United are now 2 in front! A slip by defender Nicky Shorey lwts in Nani who exchanges passes with Berbatov and the Portuguese fires the ball past Carson. This could be a long afternoon for West Brom now.

United are now controlling the game after early West Brom pressure and Hernandez is looking dangerous up front for the home side. But the Baggies will know that they are not out of this game yet.
Ryan giggs is rolling back the years as he takes on the West Brom defence only to be brought down on the edge of the box. Giggs takes the free kick but it leads to nothing as the ball hits the Baggies wall.

Hello and welcome to Goal.com live commentary of this afternoon's game between Manchester United and West Bromich Albion. The international break is now over and the Premier League is back and this will be a very interesting game at Old Trafford. West Brom are coming to the Theatre of Dreams having beaten Arsenal in their last outing so they will be full of confidence. But United will be hoping to close the gap on leaders Chelsea for a couple fo hours at least and i expect them to attack West Brom from the start.
