And that's all folks. Thanks for joining me, hope you enjoyed the match. Until next time.
90' + 4'
And that's it. It's all over. Malaga are only the second side in Champions League history to mark their competition début with three straight victories. Malaga 1-0 AC Milan. Let the fall-out begin.
90' + 3'
90' + 2'
Ole ole ole. But Malaga lose possession. This is it for Milan, last chance.
Free kick for Milan. Pato's strike is poor and easily blocked. They really should have got the ball in the box there, it was all of 35 yards out.
Milan looking increasingly stretched as the go in search of an equaliser, and leave Isco all alone on the right. Fortunately for the Italians, Duda's pass is just over-hit.
Time running out for Milan. And, one imagines, for Allegri.
The goalscorer departs to a rapturous ovation, and is replaced by Duda.
El Shaarawy get in behind, but his well struck shot is tipped wide by Cabellero. Corner comes in and Mexes hammers the ball across goal, only for his shot to deflect just wide again.
Joaquin gets in behind Milan but his low centre is blocked and goes out for a corner. That looks like being Joaquin's final contribution of the evening.
Ten minutes left and Allegri must be getting nervous, he's fast running out of second chances.
Nope, Pazzini will stay on. Acerbi departs for Bojan.
Milan still struggling to find an outlet ball, and keep giving it away. Not ideal when you're chasing the game. Pazzini's evening looks like it's coming to and end.
Isco and Joaquin a constant threat to Milan. The two combine again as the former drops a lovely ball in behind for the latter, who just can't get on the end of the pass with only Amelia left to beat.
Goal.com reader Milad Tavakol says Bojan should remain on the bench. Okay, but the former Barcelona man has won all five of the games he's played against Malaga.
Roque Santa Cruz
Chance for Milan there. Another good ball from De Sciglio to find Pazzini, but he gets his timing all wrong and sends his header harmlessly wide.
And here comes Pato, who replaces Constant
Yellow Card Daniele Bonera
Bonera goes into the book for a tired, late challenge.
Milan looking like they need a change here. A few shouts for Pato from Goal.com readers, dare I say Bojan could make a difference too?
Yellow Card M. Iturra
Fantastic 20 yard strike from Eliseu, but Amelia dives full stretch to tip the ball past the post to keep Milan in the game. Brilliant save, which was missed by the officials who gave a goal kick.
Assist M. Iturra
Goal Malaga! Wonderful clipped ball over the top by Iturra, and Joaquin slots his finish under Amelia and in off the inside of the post. Great finish, even better ball.
Goal.com reader Andrei Zambelli wants Pazzini taken off - hasn't been his finest performance in a Milan shirt, has it.
Still in the balance here, and looking increasingly like one goal might be enough.
At the other end, Milan work a neat set piece routine before Montolivo low shot is easily held by Caballero
The ball struck Bonera's hand as he fell, but it would have been extremely harsh to award a penalty for that - he knew nothing about it.
Great play by Isco, who cuts inside and plays a lovely reverse pass to Saviola inside the box, but Bonera is across extremely quickly and make a superb tackle.
Stat attack: Milan's 3-2 victory at Zenit last time out was their first win in seven UEFA Champions League away matches.
Emanuelson drives in a low shot at the near post, but it comes to nothing. Seconds later he cuts inside again, but his shot again lacks power and is straight at the keepers. Both sides just lacking that cutting edge here.
Isco plays a smart ball into Joaquin, but he's crowded out before Amelia stops the ball going behind for a corner.
Joaquin delivers another whipped cross from the right, which Constant clears for a corner. In it comes. out it goes.
Stat attack: At 19 years and 342 days, Stephan El Shaarawy became MIlan's youngest Champions League goalscorer when he netted against Zenit on matchday two.
Malaga get the second period underway
And that's half-time. Malaga shaded the first half, and will certainly be disappointed to into the break on lever terms after winning a penalty. The crowd aren't too upset though, they chant Joaquin's name as the teams disappear into the tunnel.
Missed Penalty Joaquín
Joaquin steps up... missed! He's skied it. The former Spain international opened his body up before trying to reverse his strike on the in-step, but got underneath the ball and it only clipped the top of the bar before skipping over and into the crowd behind the goal.
Yellow Card Philippe Mexes
Yellow Card Kevin Constant
Penalty! Gamez plays a lovely one-two with Portillo before being bundled over in the box by Constant.
Demichelis finds space at the near post, but can only deflect Joaquin's corner over the bar. Milan under a bit of pressure a little now.
That time Saviola did provide an option as Isco crossed low for the little Argentinian, but Bonera did well to get in front of his man and clear.
Malaga finding some joy on the right themselves now, but Portillo and Saviola need to provide Joaquin an option. He looked up to cross on a number of occasions now, but has had to cut the ball every time.
Joaquin and Isco again combine, and this time the latter's shot low drive from outside the box is tipped wide by Amelia.
Joaquin finds space on the right and cuts the ball back for Isco, whose curling shot swings just wide. Wonderful technique from the Malaga man there. You get the impression that he will be key to the home side's chances tonight.
Encouraging signs for Milan though, and you imagine they'll continue to target the space in behind Malaga left-back Eliseu.
El Shaarawy checked his run extremely well to make the space for that shot, and was under pressure when he struck the ball, but he should have hit the target.
Best chance of the night so far goes begging. Again Milan got in behind Eliseu, Emanuelson squares for El Shaarawy, but his shot is wide.
So still goalless here at La Rosaleda - speaking of which, apart from Porto, Malaga are the only side yet to concede a goal in this season's Champions League.
Emanuelson curls in a fine set piece from the right, but it just evades Acerbi and drifts wide.
And another De Sciglio cross has Malaga under pressure, but they eventually clear. Best passage of play in the match so far from Milan.
Milan finally get in around the back and De Sciglio whips in a fine cross, but it's just too high for El Shaarawy.
Stat attack: Malaga are facing Italian opposition for the first time in their history this evening.
El Shaarawy has had to come off for some treatment after Montolivo accidentally smashed the ball into his colleague's face. Poor lad. He's back though.
Cannnoooo. Cheeky nutmeg from Isco gets the crowd going.
Another set piece for the home side. Joaquin swings it in from the right, but once again Milan deal well with the threat. Malaga's movement from dead balls needs to improve.
Isco swings in a dangerous cross, but Demichelis only finds the head of Acerbi. Play is stopped, but they both look fine.
Joaquin bundles his way past Bonera to break into the box, but Milan clear. Saviola is lurking, though. Milan beware, his movement is a constant threat.
Fifteen minutes in and game has settled down, though neither teams has been able to find any sort of rhythm.
Yellow Card Riccardo Montolivo
Montolivo goes into the book for a late tackle on Camacho. It was a pretty reckless, and he was perhaps lucky to only escape with a yellow. No real malice to it, but certainly dangerous.
Milan have settled in the past five minutes here. And both sides still giving the ball away more than they would like
Milan have a free kick from 25 yards, very central. Pazzini takes charge, but he got a little too much curl and not enough dip.
Montolivo has the first effort on target of the match as he shoots from 20 yards, but it was easily smothered by Caballero.
Neat turn from Montolivo, who gets a bit of a whack from Camacho. Ouch.
Isco tries to play in Portillo but it drifts out for a goal kick. Good start for the hosts here. Milan are sitting very deep.
Clumsy challenge from El Shaarawy to give Malaga a free-kick 35 yards from goal. Joaquin delivers... and it's headed out for a corner by Ambrosini.
Milan needlessly give the ball away and little Saviola was almost in on goal after just 20 seconds. Start as we mean to go on.
And we're off. This is it, don't get scared now.
Speaking of Eliseu, as nobody was, there was a cracking article about him on the site today. Be sure to check that out.
Vamos, vamos! Joaquin rallies the troops in the tunnel - although he may have been talking to the Malaga accounts department. I can't be certain.
Stat attack: Milan's last win on Spanish soil came in the 2009/10 group stage, beating a Real Madrid side coached by current Malaga boss Manuel Pellegrini.
Milan: Amelia, Bonera, Mexes, Acerbi; De Sciglio Montolivo, Ambrosini, Constant, Emanuelson; Pazzini, El Shaarawy. Subs: Gabriel, Yepes, Anonini, Nocerino, Flamini, Pato, Bojan. All.: Allegri.
