Looked nervous throughout, flapping at crosses and appearing uneasy when receiving back passes. Did not have much to do, but he needs to be more reassuring.
A steady performance. Did not look overly bothered by a great deal and used the ball well from the back.
Cool in possession and more than held his own against Ibrahimovic, coming out on top generally due to being more mobile than his counterpart.
Struggled to have much of an impact against the dual opposition of Blind and Young, while his final pass was not up to much.
Struggled on the rare occasions that Rashford did run at him, while his attacking input was minimal, also partly because of the young winger.
One of few Liverpool players who looked capable of creating something. His mazy runs caused a few problems and he was a livewire - creating several good chances and forcing De Gea into a wonderful save.
Tidy enough in possession and mopped up well, helping to keep Pogba quiet, but he contributed little going forward.
Poor in the first half as he struggled to get the better of Fellaini. Better after the break, though, as he looked to get forward more often and forced De Gea into one great save.
Saw one header easily saved by De Gea in the first half, but otherwise the England international did absolutely nothing. Unsurprisingly withdrawn for Lallana just after the hour mark.
A willing runner and made himself a threat in a number of different areas, but he was largely disappointing, with none of his effort really culminating in a great deal.
Full of running and did have United on the back foot a few times as he marauded inside, but most of the time he was either halted or he tripped over himself.
A typically excellent display. Not given much to do in the first half, but he produced two exceptional saves to deny Can and Coutinho after the interval, effectively securing a point for United.
Another strong performance from the centre-back. Unlucky to be booked, but otherwise impressive, making several timely interceptions and kept Sturridge on a leash.
Dominated aerially at the back and kept things as simple as they needed to be, never overcomplicating things. A good display.
Given his first start since United's win at Anfield in January, Young was not that effective in attack, but he worked exceptionally hard tracking back and helped Blind keep Mane and Clyne under wraps.
Continues to go from strength to strength under Mourinho. Good on the ball - he drove forward from midfield and was also a helpful presence defensively, getting stuck in and making several interceptions.
A big-game favourite of Mourinho's and you can see why. He was snappy in the tackle and always in opponents' faces, forcing countless errors. Very effective.
Another significantly below-par performance. Deployed behind Ibrahimovic, he seemed to fail to hold on to the ball at every given opportunity and his decision making was extremely poor.
Kept things simple at the back. Did not venture too far forward and generally stayed close to Mane, helping to make him fairly ineffective.
Held on to the ball for too long a few times and was ultimately robbed, but on the whole he was solid, not putting a foot wrong and offering support in attack, while his brilliant late tackle on Firmino claimed United the point.
Much like Young, he did well to get back and help out at the back, often forming a back six for United. Going forward, though, he was a little disappointing, only really producing one good delivery.
Not a great performance. He looked immobile and his touch appeared a little off. It did not help that United's service to him was poor, but he should have made himself more of a nuisance.
Thrown on late on as Milner struggled with a knock and did not make any costly errors.
Introduced after an hour for the poor Sturridge and he made an instant difference, as Liverpool became more energetic and intense. A good cameo.
Introduced with five minutes to go but did not have enough time to make an impact.
