Took a while to be called into action but then dramatically denied Diego Costa with a double-save. Should have done a lot better with the fourth goal, though.
Was comfortable for the majority of the game but looked out-of-sorts when Diego Costa came on. Not his usual, dominant self in the air.
Linked up well with Schlupp and Gray depending on who was ahead of him, but lacked the physicality to deal with Moses continually driving towards him at pace on the right wing.
Left his team-mates with a mountain to climb as he got sent off moments before the end of 90 minutes with a ridiculous forearm to the face on Costa to earn a second yellow.
Didn't show as much attacking ambition as usual but pace was a real asset in defence when dealing with Pedro, even though the Spaniard did drift in behind a few times.
Had a great first hour in which he buzzed around midfield constantly whilst also looking for any attempts to place balls in behind. Drifted out of prominence, though.
Displayed glimpses of cracking quality when running at the defence with pace. Saw a curled attempt go narrowly wide of the post.
Put in a great shift in the middle of the park and Chelsea rarely could handle his pressing. Set up the second goal with a delightful dink over the opposition defence for Okazaki.
Chelsea simply could not handle his energy levels, particularly in the opening 45. An ingenious first finish was followed by a scuffed strike for his deserved two goals.
Vigilantly helped out his full-back by tracking the Chelsea runners as much as possible. Pace and strength was a threat whether on the left or the right.
Pace caused huge problems in the first half as he regularly got in behind the Chelsea defence, but just couldn't find that final product. Looked very fatigued as he was taken off.
Was woefully inept for the opener as he allowed the ball to be nodded over his head from close range. Didn't cover himself in glory for the second, either.
A fairly tepid first League Cup start for the Spaniard, who got into some decent positions only to opt for easier passes inside rather than a cross.
Didn't look entirely comfortable at right-back to begin and was poor for the opener with a terrible touch with but continued to improved and got Chelsea level with a stunning volley into the top corner from 20 yards.
Had a hot and cold night as his lack of pace was constantly exploited by the Foxes, but was a massive part of them getting back into contention with a goal before half-time.
Positioning was awful for the second goal as he allowed Okazaki to drift in completely unopposed. Decent in possession, but always capable of an error.
Was neat and tidy in the middle of the park but there was a desperate lack of tempo whenever the Serbian was in possession. Didn't provide a lot of protection either as Musa in particular continually collected the ball in the no.10 position.
Had one moment of quality in the first half when he bulldozed his way into the penalty area to win a corner, but this was a rarity in a performance of inexperience and lapses of concentration on the ball.
Is always brave in that he continually attempts to take on defenders, never going for the easy option. With this though, means that his final product can be good or indeed poor.
Was the only player in the first 30 minutes who looked to make things happen for Chelsea. However, drifted out of proceedings badly as time went on.
Took quite a long time to find his feet, but looked superb when moved behind Costa. Ultimately won the tie with two superb finishes just after the end of 90 minutes.
Cut a fairly frustrated, lonely figure up top for a lot of the time. Was much better after Costa's introduction and was unlucky with a drilled strike that went just over.
