AND THERE GOES THE WHISTLE!!! It's Inter versus Palermo in the Coppa Italia final of 2010-11 on May 29 after the Nerazzurri just about hold off the challenge of Roma. Stick around for all the best reaction, reports and analysis on Goal.com.
90' + 3'
....And Julio Cesar claims it despite being fouled by Alexander Doni, flying headlong into his opposite number in the quest for the vital goal.
90' + 2'
Eto'o fouls Borriello. Free-kick Roma, wide right, close to the bye-line.
90' + 1'
Three extra minutes, and controversy. Milito clearly dives to attempt to win a penalty from Juan, but there is no spot-kick and no booking either. A clear dive.
Yellow CardNicolas Burdisso
Yellow CardSimone Perrotta
Perrotta pushes Cambiasso in the back, causing quite a kerfuffle and giving Inter a free-kick. It appears that Burdisso and Maicon are no longer good friends!
Inter have a fair old period of possession on the right but can make nothing of it. Borriello is then superbly blocked off by Lucio on the break.
Inter hanging on now, and giving up space too. They're lucky Cassetti can't get his cross in. One goal for Roma takes them through on away goals.
GOOOOOOOOOOOLLL!!! It's not over yet! Great cross by Perrotta from the right, downward header by Borriello at the far post across Julio Cesar, and it's GAME ON!
It's back to comfortable midfield stuff for Inter until Nagatomo places a simple pass straight into the legs of Caprari. He's lucky that the ball bounces back to him and his side end up keeping the ball.
Vucinic sends in a fierce shot which Julio Cesar parries skywards and collects at the second attempt. With each missed chance, Roma's hope slips further through their fingers.
Eto'o is closed down but somehow manages to wriggle free and get a shot away. He doesn't trouble Doni though.
OFF BOTH POSTS!!! This is silly. Twice in two nights we've seen a shot come off both uprights and stay out. Last night Ibrahimovic, tonight it's Borriello who has been foiled.
Thiago Motta replaces Kharja. Inter happy with their lot for now.
Inter have been very professional tonight so far, while Roma have seen little or nothing out of their forward players. You'd be forgiven for thinking Menez isn't playing. And as I say that, off he comes!
NOOOOO!!! Milito did everything right in the right-hand channel, turned his man, made space, and then side-footed a left-foot shot straight at Doni. That was 2010-11 all over for the Argentine.
Inter are going through the motions here now. They're fairly comfortable in the knowledge they're off to the final, Roma have arguably got bigger fish to fry in the Champions League race too.
On comes Milito for Pazzini, as expected, and within seconds Julio Cesar has to save a Tony Toe-punt from Borriello.
Yellow CardCristian Chivu
GREAT SAVE!! Pazzini did superbly to worm his way out of a tackle and then get a shot in on goal, but Doni produced a fine two-handed stop.
Pazzini rugby tackles Juan after losing out to the centre-back. Diego Milito looks set to come on soon, so Pazzini may not be on for much longer.
Cassetti gets away down the right but sees his first cross blocked. His second finds De Rossi, who takes too long and Cambiasso steals in. The resulting corner delivers little.
Kofi Akuffo asks on twitter: "Wers wesley?" Well Sneijder's thigh injury is still keeping him out but it now looks like he might have a cup final to come back to!
Inter-Palermo final on May 29? It looks that way so far. Roma still only need two goals to win, but now they have to get them in the next 30 minutes.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLL!!!! Number 34 of the season for Samuel Eto'o. Inter 2-0 up on aggregate. He steers home calmly with his right foot from 15 yards after successive crosses from Mariga and Kharja aren't properly cleared.
Fabio Henrique Simplicio
Here comes the cavalry. Vucinic is on for Simplicio.
De Rossi plays a neat ball into the channel for Borriello, but the striker slips and allows Lucio to clear. Roma need something more.
Substitute Greco swings in a free-kick but it just clears De Rossi and Julio Cesar takes it with some comfort.
Cambiasso takes a free-kick for Inter 30 yards from goal, but he overhits it and leaves Lucio shaking his head at the back post.
Roma have started with a bit more purpose after the break. Eto'o is fouled though by Borriello, giving Inter a free-kick. On the second look that didn't look like much.
Meanwhile, we're back in play at San Siro. Inter are 45 minutes away from another Coppa Italia final.
Away from Italy for a second, Barcelona have become champions of Spain for the third straight year. They drew 1-1 at Levante, claiming the one point they needed.
45' + 2'
Well I've seen better games... last night's semi-final for instance! But we know that Roma have to give it a real go in the second half. Come back in 15 to see if they can turn the tide.
45' + 1'
We'll have one extra minute.
"why not COUTINHO??? :-(" asks Shahbaz on twitter (@krisvoakes). Your guess is as good as mine, my friend.
Roma finally have a period on the ball but it ends with a speculative shot well wide. De Rossi then tries to feed Borriello, but it runs through for Julio Cesar.
The Nerazzurri are still trying to feed the ball in through little holes but Roma remain steadfast. If they can get to half-time at 0-0 they'll believe they can nick this and at least take the tie to extra-time.
Leonardo is shouting and bawling from the touchline. He's not convinced that his side are completely in the driving seat just yet. A goal would surely settle his nerves.
De Rossi continues for now, and Inter keep the ball with some ease. They clearly know a draw will do and are asking Roma to do something about the current flow of the game.
Though the game has continued and De Rossi has come back on, the Roma skipper is still struggling. It's touch and go whether he'll be able to continue here.
Well De Rossi's getting involved, I'll give him that. He's currently laid on the ground receiving treatment after getting a knee to the back. You won't like him when he's angry!
Great skill by Kharja gets him away from two in midfield, but the play slows down thereafter. Inter looking pretty lacklustre so far.
Mariga plays a neat pass forward as Inter look to break, but Eto'o can't control. That's not the type of play which has seen him score 33 times this season.
Well this game needs a lift, especially if you're a Roma fan. If they don't make it it will be the first final since 2004 not to feature either of the Roman sides!
Riise does well to head away a cross at the far post and then when Mariga chips the ball back in Pazzini can't quite grow enough to get the contact needed to head towards goal.
MacDonald Mariga drags a shot wide but soon makes up for it in dispossessing Menez on the break. Inter back on the ball.
Orsato gives a free-kick against Perrotta just as Roma looked to be building something substantial. De Rossi is almost playing as a second centre-forward. More like the man of old, this fella tonight.
OOOOOOHH!!!! De Rossi was much closer this time. He hits it from 25 yards and it just clears the bar. He's a man on a mission tonight. Clearly he wants another game before his summer holidays.
Lucio is brought down by Pizarro but the free-kick comes to nought. Even game so far.
Elano on twitter (@krisvoakes) knows exactly where he stands on tonight's result: "my prediction? @intermilanfc whoopn @asroma by a landslide!"
Maicon's cross comes over, but Burdisso heads away. As much as Roma have had a good little spell one Inter goal sends them almost out of the tie you might say.
Roma are really streching the home defence now and Menez feeds De Rossi, but the skipper curls the ball over the angle. Another one that should really have found the target.
Simplicio dispossesses Lucio 25 yards from his own goal and the ball is worked through to Borriello, who fires over the bar left-footed. He should have at least hit the target there.
The visitors are seeing a bit more of the ball at the moment. Lest we forget, they're starting this game a goal behind!
Pizarro slips and Kharja takes advantage, but as Juan and Pazzini both go in for the ball the Roma defender gets a knock. He's not a happy bunny.
Maicon gets to the bye-line well with Riise back-pedalling, but the Brazilian fires into the side-netting.
Plenty of early ball for the holders. When Roma do get the ball Jeremy Menez momentarily thinks it's a rugby match. Free-kick for his handball.
So Javier Zanetti has received a silver salver for reaching 1000 competitive career games, and Daniele Orsato can now get us underway.
I'm on Twitter by the way (not bragging!) so tweet me your comments and predictions. Use @krisvoakes to reach me.
Plenty to keep an eye on in the game tonight. De Rossi plays his first game since sticking his infamous elbow in the face of Bari's Simone Bentivoglio 10 days ago, and if Roma lose it may (MAY) be his last game for the club. Who knows?
